Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "You") and SG999 (hereinafter "SG999", "We", "Us" or "Our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://sg999.cam and all related services, features, content and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand their content and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

SG999 is an English-language online gaming information and gaming service platform primarily serving Pakistani users. SG999 does not hold a Pakistani gambling license and does not operate a physical office in Pakistan. SG999 does not claim to be licensed, endorsed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, granting access to gaming services, deposits and withdrawals.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback or other incentive offered by SG999 to Players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Eligible Jurisdiction" means a country or territory from which Players may legally access and use the Platform, as determined by the operator from time to time.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required before certain account actions (including withdrawals) are permitted.
• "Platform" means the SG999 website, mobile site and all related services accessible at https://sg999.cam.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who accesses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the account-level controls including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion features available to all registered Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a bonus amount — or bonus plus deposit — must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the Platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an account or use any gaming service on SG999. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. SG999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

By accessing the Platform you represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or where your access to or use of SG999 would violate any applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position. SG999 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may maintain only one registered Account on SG999. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses associated with the accounts in question.

3.4 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at registration and maintain its accuracy throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false information — including but not limited to name, date of birth, country of residence or payment details — may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of SG999, you must complete the registration process, providing a valid email address, a secure password and any other information requested. Upon registration, SG999 may send a confirmation communication to the email address provided.

4.2 Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You agree to use a strong, unique password and not to share your login details with any third party. SG999 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify us of any unauthorised access.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

SG999 may require you to complete identity and age verification before processing withdrawal requests or accessing certain features. Typical documentation includes a valid CNIC or passport, proof of address where applicable, and a selfie or liveness verification. You must submit documents only through the secure HTTPS verification portal. Do not send sensitive documents through unsecured messaging applications or email. Do not alter, obscure or falsify any document — doing so may constitute fraud.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

SG999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where: (a) false registration information has been provided; (b) KYC requirements have not been satisfied within a reasonable time; (c) prohibited conduct has been detected; or (d) continued operation of the Account would breach applicable compliance obligations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods available in your Account Cashier at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period, as published in the Cashier section. SG999 does not accept cash or payments made on behalf of another individual. Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. SG999 reserves the right to process withdrawals to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are published in the Cashier section and are subject to change. SG999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Currency

Account balances, bonus amounts and transaction amounts are denominated in the currency selected at registration or as configured in Account Settings. Where amounts are expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), these are illustrative unless displayed in your live Account balance. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the payment processor and may include conversion fees.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions offered by SG999 are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. These include but are not limited to: wagering requirements, maximum bet during bonus play, eligible games and contribution rates, bonus expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30× wagering requirement must generate PKR 30,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. These are illustrative figures — refer to the specific promotion's T&C for exact requirements.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While a bonus is active, you may not place a single bet exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in that promotion's terms. Placing bets above this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

SG999 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, exploiting technical errors or any other activity that in SG999's reasonable judgment constitutes an attempt to circumvent bonus conditions.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified period will expire and be removed automatically. Expired bonus winnings cannot be reinstated.

Gameplay & Wagering Rules

All games available on the Platform operate according to individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface or in the game's information section. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing any wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or software error during gameplay, SG999 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the corresponding stake to your Account balance. SG999 is not liable for losses arising from technical faults caused by your own device, internet connection or network provider.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions. Past results do not predict future performance. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators where applicable.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any time;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to manipulate gameplay or circumvent Platform security;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system glitches for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financial fraud or any other unlawful purpose;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy or reproduce any element of the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the Platform's operation or other Players' experience;
• Allowing or facilitating access by a minor to your Account or the Platform.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game assets, software and the overall compilation of the website — is the exclusive property of SG999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of SG999.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SG999, its affiliates, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.

SG999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. SG999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

SG999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment — it is not a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to make use of the Responsible Gambling tools available in your Account, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly);
• Loss limits;
• Session time limits and reality-check notifications;
• Cooling-off periods;
• Self-exclusion (temporary or indefinite).

Minor Protection: SG999 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that no minor gains access to their Account or the Platform.

Privacy & Data

SG999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to registration information, KYC documentation, transaction records and gameplay data. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and improving the Platform experience. SG999 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

Amendments to These Terms

SG999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming license, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation. SG999 does not represent that these Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan or that any Pakistani court has jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact SG999 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated through the operator's published dispute resolution procedure.
